'It was like no time has passed' Martin Clunes and Caroline Quentin reunite on Doc Martin

The stars are best known for playing warring couple Gary and Dorothy in the sitcom which ran for seven seasons between 1992 to 1999.

It may be a whole new millennium since they last graced our screens together, but Martin and Caroline confirmed all their chemistry was still there when they got back together to film Doc Martin recently.

In next week's episode, Caroline stars as Angela, a holistic vet, who the grumpy GP employs to put his dog down.

Speaking of their reunion on This Morning today, Caroline said: "I think Martin and Phillipa – Martin's wife who produces Doc Martin – suddenly thought let's get Quenty down here and have a bit of fun."
